The following Terms and Conditions will apply to all accommodation/event bookings and any associated agreements made between VAS MANSIONS management and our valued Guests. Please note that these Terms and Conditions take precedence, and any matters not explicitly covered herein will be subject to applicable laws and established customs.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience during your stay at VAS MANSIONS, we kindly request you carefully read and understand our terms and conditions. By confirming the booking and paying the advance, the guest is liable to comply with all the terms mentioned therein. Once the booking is confirmed the management will not be liable for refund or amends to the booking.
BOOKING POLICY
- Adhaar card of 2 Guests are required to submitted at the time of booking for safety purposes.
- Check-in time is 2 pm, and Check-out time 11 am. The check-out time has to be strictly followed as the staff has to clean the place for the following booking.
Kids below 8 years are free with existing bedding. - For stay 50% advance to be paid for booking conformation and balance 50% 6 days before check-in.
- For events 50% advance to be paid for booking confirmation and balance 50% to be paid 15 days before the event.
- The charges for the pearl block stay is given for 18 members, if the guest count exceeds 18, additional person charge will have to be paid.
- Guest will not be allowed to entertain additional people other than the ones already included at the time of booking. Any members who are not included in the initial booking count have to pay Rs 800 charge irrespective of the duration of stay.
- For Events if guest wants Generator they have to pay the running charges.
Guests are NOT allowed to play loud music after midnight. - Farm Stay booking does not include Lawn usage with or without Flood Lights or decorations.
- For any celebration separate charges will be applicable for lawn depending on the number of Guests. Kindly inform us in advance.
- Children below 16 years are not allowed to use snooker table.
BOOKING RESCHEDULING POLICY
- We do not offer refunds. No cancellation is accepted, however booking can be transferred to another date, subject to availability of the venue.
Rescheduling of weekday booking will be done on available dates if informed 10 days before Booking date. - Rescheduling of weekends will be done on available dates if informed 20 days before booking date.
- The price applicable on the re-scheduled date will be charged. For example, if guest has booked weekday date initially and later wants to re-schedule to a weekend date, has to pay the additional amount as per the weekend price. Discounts & Coupon codes are not applicable for re-scheduled bookings.
- Re-schedule option will be provided to the same category booked earlier in the official booking, interchange of bookings or member counts is not accepted.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Pearl block stay the Security Deposit is Rs 10,000. Will be refunded after checkout.
- Gold block stay the Security Deposit is Rs 30,000 which will be refunded next day.
- For Events the Security Deposit is Rs 30,000 which will be refunded next day.
- Mandatory thorough check is done when the guest is vacating the property to ensure the condition of the property. Guest have to pay Security Deposit which will be refunded after the mandatory check conducted by the staff before the guests departure. Guests are requested to be patient during the check. Any damage to the property, including the Party Hall, Bedrooms, Games Room, Dining arcade, kitchenette, appliances, furniture, and accessories, or any missing items etc will be deducted from the security deposit.
- The amenities provided for the Guests usage are solely for within the premises and are not to be taken away.
REFUND POLICY
- We do not offer refunds. No cancellation is accepted, however booking can be transferred to another date, subject to availability.
- The management reserves the right at any point of time to cancel a booking in case of unforseen situation or sudden emergency at the property and the amount will be refunded to the guest.
- In the event of natural phenomena such as heavy rain or strong wind or any unforeseen event no refunds will be given.
NO LIABILITY POLICY
- The management is not liable for any loss of any valuables, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused to the Guests or their property during their stay.
- Guests are requested to lock their room doors at all times. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to Guests belongings or valuables during their stay.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors and will result in fines as all rooms are non smoking rooms, the smell will cause discomfort to the next guest.
- Parking is arranged in the premises. The management takes NO responsibility for any damage or loss to the vehicle while parked in the designated area.
- No life guard at the swimming pool. Children must never be left alone and must always be accompanied by an adult. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The management accepts no liability for any lnjury, Death or Loss associated with use of the pool. No swimming is allowed after 10:00 PM.
- Swimming pool will strictly not allowed to be used with Haldi / Mehendi application.
- Haldi / Mehendi application in the function will be strictly done in the designated area only with tent house matting so that there is no spilling and staining on the structure and tiles.
- Any violation of rules will result in liability on the guest.
- Generator running Charges will be paid by guest if required by them.
- Strictly no swimming after consumption of any alcoholic beverage.
STAFF POLICY
- We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Any form of Unruly or Abusive misbehavior towards our staff will NOT be tolerated. Guests will be asked to vacate the premises without any refund or rescheduling options.
- All illegal activities strictly prohibited viz Hookah, Gambling, Cards, Betting, Non license Alcohol, Drugs, anti social activities etc which are strictly prohibited and against the laws of the state. The Guests will solely be responsible for such activities.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited.
- Guest who is doing the booking will be solely responsible for the behavior of the people they will be bringing in such as their invitees event decoration, music, catering, furniture arrangement etc, if any damage is done by them on the premises, the Guest has to bear the cost. Guest have to inform the management how many people will be coming as a safety concern.
ALCOHOL POLICY
- We strictly do not serve Alcohol. As per excise dept instructions all farmhouse properties around SHAMIRPET area have to take mandated alcohol license. Liquor must be bought from SHAMIRPET liquor store.
- This information is given to avoid any inconvenience after check-in to both our guests and staff at the premises. Safety and comfort of our customers are our top priority.
- If Guests to want to consume it is mandatory for them to take the permission online from the state government website and share the permission with the Management before check-in.

CATERING POLICY
- Outside food is allowed but only in the designated areas.
- Outside catering is allowed only in Function Arcade.
- Buffet tables are not allowed to be set up on the pool deck.
- Catering is allowed on the lawn only if it is pre-booked.
DECORATION POLICY
- Outdoor Decor is allowed on lawn only when the lawn is booked by the guest. Outdoor Decor is to be removed immediately the next day before 11 am.
- Party poppers are strictly not allowed to be used, as it is very difficult to clean up the place for the next guest. Using it will result in a fine of Rs 2,000.
REFUSING BOOKING.
- The management may refuse to give accommodation in the following cases;
When rooms are fully booked or under maintenance. - Due to natural disaster or other inevitable circumstances unable to accommodate guests.
PETS POLICY
- Pets are not allowed as a policy.
LEGAL POLICY
- The management shall be entitled to claim compensation from the guest for any damages incurred as a result of the acts in the below paragraph.
- Management reserves the right to cancel the booking or tell the guest to leave the premises without refund.
- when The guest does not comply with the Terms and Conditions or with cancellation policies or when the balance rent and security deposit payment policies are not followed.
- Management has right to evict a Guest, When he/she is deemed likely to break the law, misbehave or act contrary to public morals, is intoxicated uses violence, abusive threats, blackmail, or intimidation to make unjust or unreasonable demands against our employees and behaves violently with people around that may pose a nuisance to others, or in cases that fall under the provisions of prefectural ordinances.
- The guest uses violence, threats, blackmail, or intimidation to make unjust or unreasonable demands against the employees, or is deemed to have engaged in any similar acts in the past.
- If it is found that the guest is a anti social, belongs or affiliate of an organized crime group under the Act on Prevention of UnjustActs by Organized Crime Group Members Act No. 77 of 1991as stipulated in Article 2 (2)hereinafter “organized crime group.
- The guest has a contagious disease.
- The guest wearing clothes that may cause a nuisance to other guests.
- Removal, defacing, or destroying equipment within the premises or any similar acts.
- Obstruction of business or damaging the reputation of the management by making demands that exceed socially acceptable norms, or slandering, defaming, threatening, or harassing the management or its staff or posting inflammatory remarks on social networking sites, or any similar acts Violence, threats, extortion, or other coercive and unreasonable demands against the VAS MANSIONS management or its staff. Any acts that cause or risk causing inconvenience, damage, or disadvantage to other guests, third parties, the VAS MANSIONS management.
- Acts that violate or risk violating public order or law, or any criminal acts. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the management.
